Trees -
Introduction
Time is an issue to be reckoned with when planting trees. How
does one become clear on the differential results of using different
times for planting, when the results don't come in until hundreds of
years after the event? Foresters have a long time to contemplate their
triumphs and imperfections.
But it is equally fair to say that if there is a difference
when planting perennials like trees in different cycle phases, the value
of getting it right is increased - for exactly the same reason. Fortunately,
there is some precedent for proceeding undaunted.
