Hello, in the book where Maria Thun describes the vegan preps as nearly or as good as the original recipies. I cant remember the exact words, but she did not say, they are useless. My question: Does anyone know how she came to the conclusion, that they have similar qualities as the preps made with animal parts? Only personal perception or some scientific method behind it? thanks so much, Volker
