Demeter and Organic Operations Coordinator, Part time, 3 days per week
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations of BDA Certification. He/she will oversee and monitor all
aspects of the business to ensure that operating systems are followed and executed in an effective manner, especially with regards to quality management.
The Operations Coordinator, together with the Technical Officers and Chair of the Standards Committee is responsible for the
induction and management of all BDA Certification staff and is responsible for continual improvement and development of the
Certification Programmes in line with ISO 17065/2012 and the Demeter International Statutes and Directions.
The reporting line is to the Certification Board.
This role is a part time 3 days a week post, spread over the 5 day working week. Salary - £30, 761 FTE
Administrator, Job share, 2 days a week

The Biodynamic Association certification office is looking for an administrator to job share with the administrator for 15 hours per
week on Thursdays and Fridays. The administrator will be responsible to the office coordinator for assisting with the day to day running of the certification office.
Excellent IT, communication and organisational skills are essential as is the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of product certification systems, biodynamic and organic agriculture will be a significant advantage to the successful applicant but is not essential as full training will be given.
The administrator will be employed for 15 hours per week over 2 days (all day Thurs, Friday). The starting salary is £25,169 FTE.
Production Certification Officer, 3 days per week
We provide Organic and Biodynamic (Demeter) certification for over 300 licensees in the UK.
The role of Certification Officers is to review the compliance elements of inspection reports and certify licensees when
compliance has been achieved. Certification Officers report to the Certification Operations Coordinator, and the Standards Committee
Staring salary - £25,169 FTE rising on completion of 6 month probationary period depending on years of experience in a similar role, if applicable
